Purchase Policy
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
All customers who design and construct interiors at APEX will have their interiors delivered and installed directly at the construction site.
APEX will provide free consultation and design of 2D and 3D drawings after you sign the interior construction contract.
2. METHOD OF PURCHASE:
After you place an order, APEX interior will record the order, proceed to come up with ideas, design the interior for the house and edit according to the customer's requirements. When the customer finalizes the design, we will put it into production and arrange for technicians to assemble at the customer's address.
3. METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Depending on the needs of the customer, APEX will apply different payment methods.
4. DELIVERY POLICY:
APEX provides home delivery and installation services for interior construction contracts in Ho Chi Minh City and some neighboring provinces.
5. DELIVERY TIME:
After completing the procedures for signing the interior design and construction contract, the Construction and Production department will carry out the production of cabinets and furniture based on the previously approved design drawings and ensure the construction progress according to the contract. The completed interior products will be carefully packaged, transported and installed at the construction site.
In some objective cases, the delivery and installation time will be adjusted to suit the circumstances of each construction/project. In these cases, the company will negotiate and notify the Customer as soon as possible.
