Warranty Policy
- Warranty conditions:
Products are damaged due to normal wear and tear, scratches caused by technical errors during installation, Products are still under warranty.
Only products damaged due to technical errors, wood parts are bent due to manufacturer's errors.
- Scope of non-warranty:
Products are flooded, burned, natural disasters, scratches due to use.
No valid warranty card from the company or manufacturer.
Incorrect use or improper cleaning.
Accessories are washed with chemicals.
Any impact from the external environment: termites, insects, animals.
- Party B will calculate the warranty date based on the acceptance time, after the warranty period, Party B will charge for basic materials; no delivery service fee and other fees will be charged.
- Party A must use the product properly according to Party B's instructions, any damage caused by humans is not covered by the warranty. If the damage is caused by human error and requires replacement and repair, Party B will charge the necessary materials and delivery fee.
- Warranty response period: 3-5 days from the date Party A notifies Party B.
- Warranty location:
The product is warranted at the installation location.
If approved by Party A, the product can be brought back to Party B's workshop for repair and replacement.
